Reservation must be made at least 2 days (48 hours) in advance to allow proper preparation.
A minimum of 2 persons is required for each private dinner booking.
Reservation is confirmed upon receipt of guest details and deposit/payment as advised by The Tamarind Resort team.
Menu requests or dietary requirements must be communicated at the time of booking or at least 48 hours prior to the dinner.
Any change in the number of guests is allowed up to 24 hours prior. If the number falls below the minimum requirement (2 persons), charges will still apply for 2 persons.
In case of extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, The Tamarind Resort reserves the right to relocate, reschedule, or cancel the dinner with a full refund or alternative arrangement offered.
Special Requests such as decoration, entertainment, or other add-on services may be arranged at an additional cost and must be requested in advance.
